Worst hospital experience ever. Completely pathetic system.
I visited this hospital today to collect medicine for my brother, and I am honestly shocked by the level of mismanagement here.
I first waited 15 minutes at the medical counter, and no staff member bothered to ask what I needed. When I finally spoke up, I was told to go for registration.
At the registration counter, I wasted another 10 minutes.
After registration, I was made to wait more than 30 minutes just to collect medicine. When I questioned the delay, the staff said it would take another 30–40 minutes.
The most disgusting part was the open favoritism. While many patients were standing in line, one person went straight to the manager’s cabin. The manager then came out and ordered the staff to give medicine to that person immediately, completely ignoring everyone else who had been waiting.
Is this a hospital or a private service for VIPs? Patients here are treated with no respect, and there is zero value for patients’ time.
I strongly warn everyone: do NOT take treatment or services from this hospital. Absolute waste of time and mental peace.

Bad Experience. Book appointment online through website for 5 pm. Reached the clinic on scheduled time. But receptionist informed that hospital will close at 6 pm. So it not sure that doctor will check you. you can wait but no surety of doctors consultation.

Bad experience. Social media par jo inke Chandigarh wale doctors batate he, yaha sab alag he. Medicines are too costly @8000 for some basic treatment. The doctors are also not very experienced. They do not know about the entire Ayurvrdic treatment. While discussion she denies all other ayurdic treatment. She also prescribed unnecessary medicines. I visited on 27.11.25 in Indore clinic in the evening. Even she denied Baba Ramdev home remedies. Only for your profit you are giving costly treatment.....this is not fair. My file has been kept at the Indore hospital so that i may not make complaint anywhere...worst experience.
