What is Opdio?

How quickly can we get started?
Most clinics are live within a day. Create your account, add doctors and staff, and start scheduling. Larger setups can request onboarding help for data migration.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free forever plan includes core workspace features so you can start without a credit card. Upgrade when you need advanced OPD, IPD, AI, or billing modules.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Opdio runs in the browser on desktop, tablet, and mobile. Waiting-room displays and scan check-in work with a standard web browser and webcam or USB scanner.

How does Opdio pricing work?

Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your subscription settings. Changes apply on your next billing cycle unless you choose an immediate upgrade.
What payment methods do you accept?
Subscriptions can be paid via UPI, cards, and other methods supported by our payment gateway. Clinic-facing patient collections support UPI and cards through Opdio Payments.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are prepaid for the term; contact support if you need help mid-cycle.

Does Opdio support multi-doctor clinics?
Yes. Multiple doctors, reception roles, and branch-level permissions share one patient database with separate queues and schedules per provider.
Can patients book appointments online?
Yes. Online booking pages, slot templates, and automatic reminders via WhatsApp or SMS are included. Appointments sync with your clinic calendar.
Does Opdio handle prescriptions and EMR?
Yes. Structured EMR, digital prescriptions, vitals, attachments, and visit history are built in. AI tools can draft Rx and SOAP notes from visit context.

What is Find Doctors?
A public directory where patients search clinics and doctors by city, specialty, and ratings. Listings can show booking links and clinic details. Browse directory
How do I list my clinic?
Submit your clinic profile if you are not yet listed. We verify email and mobile, then an admin approves before your profile goes live. Submit your clinic
My clinic is already listed — how do I claim it?
Search for your clinic on Find Doctors, open the profile, and start the claim flow to verify you represent the practice.
How long does listing approval take?
Most new submissions and claims are reviewed within 24–48 hours. You will receive email updates when approved or if we need more information.
AI & automation

What AI features does Opdio include?
AI Medical Scribe, prescription generator, SOAP notes, clinical copilot on the Rx screen, and voice documentation — all optional modules you control per visit.
Is AI output reviewed by the doctor?
Always. AI drafts are suggestions — the clinician reviews, edits, and signs off before anything is saved to the medical record or shared with patients.
Does Opdio integrate with WhatsApp?

Can I export my data?
