I spent 5 days at this center for post-pregnancy Ayurvedic massage, and it was exactly what my body needed. My therapist, Anjana was truly caring and incredibly supportive with both me and my baby. I am deeply grateful to her and Dr. Aswini and Dr. Vidya for the exceptional care they provided.They treated me like their own sister. They checked on me every single day, patiently asking about my treatment progress, body aches, and any concerns. The housekeeping and kitchen staffs were very caring and handled their responsibilities beautifully. The food provided was tasty, nutritious, and always served on time, and the overall vibe of the centre was amazing.I didn’t feel like leaving the place even after my 28 days of treatment. I very much miss the place and the people. I would 100% recommend Palazhi for postnatal care as well as other treatments.
