2. *Nursing Staff:* Special shoutout to Sister Deeksha, Jyoti and the entire day/night shift team. Available 24x7, helped with first feed, diaper change, and kept checking on mother’s recovery. Felt like family.
3. *Facilities & Hygiene:* LDR room was clean, AC working, meals on time for mother. Proper sanitisation and privacy maintained throughout.

From admission to discharge, Amritdhara My Hospital Karnal gave us not just medical care but emotional support in the most important days of our life.

I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Gaurav Bambha as it has now been one month since my Tympanoplasty and Mastoidectomy surgery at Amritdhara Hospital. I am truly thankful for the care, expertise, and reassurance he provided throughout this journey.
From the initial consultation to the surgery and follow-up care, his professionalism and calm approach gave me great confidence. The procedure has made a significant difference in my comfort and overall well-being, and I am very pleased with the steady recovery I have experienced so far.

I walked into the emergency department this afternoon with my dad at Amritdhara Hospital, and I’m genuinely grateful for the care we received. All the nurses on duty and the doctor were incredibly helpful and calm. They listened patiently, reassured us, and conducted all the necessary checks without any rush.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t confirm the doctor’s name, but I believe it was Dr. Vijay Kumar— 3:30ish to 4:30ish pm shift on 28/01extremely professional and compassionate. This was honestly the most positive hospital experience I’ve ever had in India. I would confidently say this is one of the best hospitals in Haryana. Thank you so much to the entire team.

I was here from 23rd April 21 to 26th April 21

One of the best hospital in the nearby for so many reasons -

- Very fast service with less documentation

- Very good infrastructure and clean atmosphere

- Good and qualified doctors are here.

- They have very good quality of machines for operation purpose.

- Their frontline workers like Nurses, Housekeeping staff and other Helping staff's are really really good and very supportive in nature.

- Nurses here are friendly in nature and take care of the patients really well.

- Cleaning staff cleans the rooms, toilets etc. really well and keeps the room, bed and toilets germ free. Their service is commendable.

- Their dieticians are also very good and they know their job very well. That's superb.

- Doctors and their teams are very friendly here and they visits to the patients 2 to 3 times in a day in their rooms and take care of the patient in a good maneer.

- Food service is also good and they deliver food on time to the patient as per the diet chart but they need to improve in the quality of food. Its not that much good but its average.

- Hospital is very neat and clean.

- They have proper medicine facility with 2 pharmacy in their hospital.

- They have tied up with so many insurance companies and have cashless facility which is very quick and good.

- Private, semi-private and general rooms are available here as per the need which is really good.

- Private Room size needs to change a little bit. It's really small and only 1 extra bed available in the private room which is not a good thing. They should change this.

Overall a good experience here and very satisfied with the services.
