Consulted Doctor Kavitha Mam for my anxiety and sleep issues... I was on allopathy medicines for the same for 7 months at the same time was taking treatment to get conceived but psychiatrist told me to put my treatment on hold while until i stop these anxiety medicines.. Which was a big stress again... Once I stop medicine I use to fine for few days and again the same problem use to come back again had to go back to medicines...
