I went through 29 days of treatment here especially for weight loss , snoring and memory improvement. Initially i started the program in vijayawada branch as it is my hometown where virechana n nasya were done, Ramu and Sekhar therapists did wonderful job, i felt good results for nasya

Next i shifted my treatment to cv raman nagar bengaluru for weight loss where urdwathanam was done for 10 days, in between i didnot follow diet properly so i disnot decrease weight drastically , i reduced few kgs, so Jomon, Sam and Jishnu all three therapists did very hard work in doing massages, they are always consistent n good in their efforts

Also all the doctors both in Vijayawada and Bengaluru- Dr Irfan, Dr Arun and Dr Anjali - all three have given good advise from time to time

Overall today i feel energetic, rejuvenated and lighter after 1.5 months of treatment, very happy ????

I didn’t have an appointment and just walked in — and I’m so glad I did! The place is clean, tidy, and has a calm vibe that instantly puts you at ease. I got a traditional Kerala-style Ayurvedic full body massage (1 hour including steam), and honestly, it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had.

Two professionals worked in perfect sync throughout the session, making it feel incredibly therapeutic. I had a throbbing headache before the massage, and by the end of it — it completely vanished. As someone who works out regularly, this was exactly what my body needed. I felt relaxed, refreshed, and there was even a visible glow on my face!

Special shoutout to Vaishnavi and Vaibhavi — they were amazing, made sure I was comfortable throughout, and handled everything with so much care. They even gave me a warm Ayurvedic drink afterward which was such a thoughtful touch.

The session cost ₹2,400 and was absolutely worth it. Highly recommended if you’re looking for authentic Kerala vibes right here in Bangalore.
