We have been visiting this Ayurvedic clinic for quite some time, and the experience has always been excellent. The doctor is incredibly patient and takes the time to listen carefully to every concern without ever making us feel rushed. My mother and father both visit her regularly, and they always feel comfortable and well cared for during their consultations.

What we appreciate most is her attentive approach and genuine concern for her patients’ well-being. She explains everything clearly and ensures all questions are answered. It’s reassuring to have a doctor who listens so thoughtfully and provides personalized care. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable Ayurvedic practitioner.

I had a very good experience with Dr Shilpa Ayurvedic doctor. The doctor really understands the problem in depth and explains everything in a simple and clear way. The treatment is focused on solving the root cause, not just symptoms. I felt comfortable and confident during the whole process.Highly recommended

I underwent Panchkarma treatment at this clinic last week, and my overall experience was very disappointing.

The bathroom was not clean, which is an essential part of hygiene in any clinic.
I was told that the therapy session would last one and a half hours. However, I was out of the treatment room in one hour and fifteen minutes, and this included preparation, cleaning, and changing clothes. The actual massage time was at least fifteen minutes shorter than promised.

When I complained about the reduced time, the doctor mentioned that it would be covered in my next visit, which assumed that I would return.
The treatment bed was very narrow, and it felt unsafe and uncomfortable, especially with severe joint pain. It was difficult and scary to turn onto my back during the session. The potli used during the treatment did not have the usual aroma associated with Ayurvedic medicines, not sure of the reason though.

During the massage, the therapist applied pressure on a point near my elbow where I have severe pain. When I asked her to stop, the massage was not continued properly. She also attempted to remove a skin tag from my back without my consent and without any doctor’s advice. When I objected, she casually said that beauty parlours charge ₹3000 for this and that she was doing it at no extra cost. This felt extremely unprofessional.

When I raised these issues, I was told that the therapist is an “award winner,” though I am not sure which award, and this did not address the concern. During the consultation, the doctor also repeatedly mentioned that many of her relatives take treatment at the clinic, which made me question whether the online five-star reviews reflect genuine patient experiences.

I paid ₹2200 for Panchkarma, ₹300 for consultation, and ₹965 for medicines, but did not experience any relief. Later, when I sought a second opinion for my joint swelling and pain, I was informed that massage and potli therapy are not advisable in such a condition.
Overall, this was an unprofessional and unsatisfactory experience.

I had a wonderful experience at this Ayurvedic Panchakarma clinic. The ambience is calm, clean, and truly healing. The doctor is very knowledgeable and polite.
If you are looking for authentic Ayurvedic treatment, holistic healing, and a peaceful environment, this clinic is definitely worth visiting. Highly recommended! ????✨

I visited Tattvam for Ayurvedic treatment and had a really good experience. Dr. Shilpa listens carefully, explains things in a simple way, and suggests treatments that actually help. The Panchakarma therapy was done very neatly, and the place feels clean and peaceful. The staff is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. It’s a good clinic if you’re looking for natural and effective healing.
