The services are genuinely praiseworthy.

However, i feel like they can do much better in terms of dealing with money. I talked to one of the staff members on call who quoted a different amount, on both calls and texts (i still have those messages) and clearly told me there was scope of some concession and when i reached the clinic, the people sitting at the reception completed denied and showed me a different rate list.

Secondly and weirdly enough, the person who was doing my massage stopped midway and asked me if i was okay if she takes extra time (5-10 mins), to which i agreed and then she told me that would cost extra. It made no sense to me at all. It sounded very unethical and cheap. Keeping that aside, the experience was good.

Thirdly, Once you quote a price to a customer, you can’t keep changing it, saying it’s a miscommunication. You can’t expect the customer to pay extra for your miscommunication with your staff. It’s your responsibility to discuss the rate list with all your staff members thoroughly so they quote the same price.

When your whole business model thrives on relaxation of mind and body, you can’t be arguing with them on the front desk because of your own miscommunication with your staff members. I was pretty disappointed when that happened with me twice. And they kept arguing instead of rectifying the problem.

I hope my feedback is met with acknowledgement and not defensiveness.

These days you rarely get real massage parlors and on top of that SPARSH offers multiple option ranging from the type of massage to what is used. I like the ayurvedic massage and frequently visit. One suggestion is to book in advance because they are packed.

I received very relaxing Ayurvedic massage from Aishwarya at Sparsh. She constantly sought my feedback on the pressure and how I was feeling during the session. She took time to work on my tension areas and ensured I felt comfortable. I am very pleased with her service. The overall experience was great as the facility is clean and the check in/ check out was quick. Just a small feedback, please enable your payment m/c to accept International cards.
