I had a very good experience with Dr Tarun Gupta. He is very experienced and understood the symptoms properly and suggested required procedures. His dietary and other lifestyle related advice really helped me and he was involved throughout the process and guided the staff throughout which is very rare. The staff was very skilled and professional and the whole experience was very effective and relaxing. I have seen real improvement from the procedures.

I visited SKK Ayurveda & Panchakarma Centre, Janakpuri for my wife's treatment related to spine disc bulges, where she underwent a 14-day Panchakarma therapy. Our experience at the centre has been extremely positive and satisfying.

Her treatment was guided by Dr. Tarun Gupta, BAMS & Panchakarma Specialist, who listened patiently to all the concerns, carefully reviewed all the reports, and explained the treatment procedures in a well clear and reassuring manner. His professional and personalized approach gave us a lot of confidence throughout the treatment. Specially, his nature of understanding the things very well is tremendous.

We would also like to mention Mrs. Rema, who supported us immensely during the entire course of treatment. Her guidance, coordination, and caring attitude made the overall process smooth and comfortable, and she was always available whenever needed help or clarification.

The Panchakarma therapies were performed by Mrs. Rinki and Mrs. Rani, and we are truly grateful for their dedication and care. Both therapists were highly skilled, gentle, and attentive during every session. They ensured her comfort at all times and carried out the therapies very professionally. Hygiene and cleanliness were well maintained throughout the centre.

Over the 14 days, she noticed gradual improvement in pain, stiffness, and overall mobility. The treatment focused not only on symptom relief but also on improving overall strength and well-being.

The clinic environment is calm and soothing, which is very helpful during long treatment schedules. It is also reassuring that the centre is CGHS, CAPF, and ECHS empanelled.
