I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the treatment provided. During the consultation, a biopsy was recommended as an important diagnostic procedure to confirm the condition and determine the appropriate course of treatment.
However, despite recommending the biopsy, treatment was initiated without conducting or obtaining the biopsy results. This raises an important question: if a biopsy was considered necessary for diagnosis, how could treatment be prescribed without completing that investigation?
As patients, we rely on medical professionals to make decisions based on accurate diagnosis and established medical protocols. The inconsistency between recommending a biopsy and proceeding with treatment without it has caused significant confusion and concern.
Despite repeated requests for updates and clarification, the family felt that proper attention was not given to the patient's deteriorating condition. Unfortunately, Mrs. Rama Mishra passed away. The circumstances surrounding her treatment and the doctor's behavior have left the family deeply distressed.

I visited this doctor for consultation regarding severe hair fall. During the appointment, I felt that the evaluation was not comprehensive. The doctor did not inquire about my diet, lifestyle, or any recent blood test reports, which are often important factors in identifying the underlying causes of hair loss, such as nutritional deficiencies or hormonal imbalances.

Instead, I was prescribed a serum and was advised to start PRP/GRP treatment from the following day. I would have appreciated a more detailed assessment and investigation into the root cause of my condition before being recommended procedural treatments.

Overall, my experience was not fully satisfactory, as I was expecting a more thorough and personalized approach to diagnosis and treatment. is not
