I am regular at Shodhanam, Jodhpur park. Skilled, friendly professionals and they take a lot of care in every treatment. Must try for rejuvenating and relaxing. Along with Ayurveda treatment they offer a plethora of services for holistic wellness. Their facials are a must try.

I visited this Ayurveda spa this morning and it was exactly the reset I needed. From the moment I walked in, the space felt quiet and grounded — soft lighting, subtle herbal scent, and staff who were warm without being overbearing.

I went for massage and the therapist was attentive and clearly experienced. They explained the oils they were using and checked in on pressure, which I appreciated. The massage itself was slow, rhythmic, and genuinely relaxing — not the rushed spa version, but the kind that makes you lose track of time.

After the session I left feeling lighter, calmer, and my skin still has that soft, nourished feel hours later.

If you are looking for an ayurvedic spa experience around Jodhpur Park, this is the best place to visit. The place is 14 years in active business and hence may not be as luxuriously appealing as many other newly opened spas in Kolkata. However, if you are looking for real health benefits and relief from body aches and pain through good & experienced hands, this is a go-to place. Madhumita Das has been excellent in relieving me from my migraine and back ache in just one therapy session.

This branch of Shodhanam is nothing like the one in Ballygunge circular. The ambience is below average. Very shabby. Some folks are polite but donnot know what a deep tissue massage really is. Unprofessional act of taking the full payment before delivering the service. Anjali was one person who went and extra mile to wash our hair well and get over poor experience.
