I have already completed the 10 days Vipassana course earlier.
But after visiting 'Shillong Meditation centre', I actually realised what 'Dhyan & Vipassana' is.
Pawan sir made us understand what is in mind & what are his distractions. we learnt how our mind works and how we can practice meditation.
I think this is the one place I understood the concept of true meditation in his teachings.

I am doing maditation from last three years and get benifited so much. I experience that My thought process is compeletly changed. Now, i am observing any objective in different manner. I always feel now more dedicate and positive. This is possible only due to meditation.
