Stay was satisfactory, and food was hygienic. But one mistake was consent was not taken by any doctor. I was planned for surgery under SA. And for consent, nurse bring the papers and ask to sign, not even informed it’s a consent form. It’s a must that consent should be informed verbally to patient and patient party about the procedure to undergo with risk and complication associated. Shija is one of the biggest and promising hospital in NorthEast India and I really hope you do look into this in the future. All the best in continuing to serve for humanity.

I would highly recommend this hospital to everyone. My overall experience here was very good. The hospital is very clean, including the washrooms and overall environment. The staff members are polite, gentle, caring, and cooperative. The facilities provided here are also very good and well managed. I felt comfortable and satisfied with the services provided here.

Everything else is good I guess but one thing I had experienced in urology nursing counter.
After booking a ticket for urology opd, we were among the first 10 patient... We waited for more than 6 hours to meet the doctor because those nurse at the counter did not follow the serial number but they choose the no.by themselves.
A very bad experience here.

Terrible Experience – Completely Lacked Empathy and Professionalism

My visit with Dr. Robinson Ningsen was one of the worst medical interactions I’ve ever had. He barely listened, kept cutting me off, and didn’t bother to understand what I was struggling with. Instead of offering support or clarity, he rushed the entire consultation and left me feeling confused and uncared for.

Doctors are supposed to provide comfort, guidance and understanding but I received none of those. This experience was deeply disappointing and I would not recommend him to anyone expecting respectful or compassionate medical care.
