I recently completed a 7-session package at SD Ayurveda Mane, and I must say the experience was truly tremendous and rejuvenating.

I was suffering from lower back pain along with ankle and wrist pain. After completing the sessions, I could clearly feel a significant reduction in pain and stiffness. My body feels much lighter, more flexible, and relaxed now.

Sanish sir is extremely patient and explained the process to us. My mother's pain management treatment was successful, and she immediately got relief from pain. The ladies in charge of massage are very professional and friendly. My special thanks to Ammu, Rani Akka, and Sashilekha. All of them were very patient and kind, and my panchakarma went on very smoothly thanks to their guidance.
Dr. Georly and Dr. Nandini are also very skilled. They diagnosed the issues promptly and gave us medications.
