I had a very positive experience at sanjeevani Ayurvedic hospital.I visited the hospital for issues related to sleeplessness,high stress and unexpected weight l.Dr Sundaravadana madam patiently listened to my concerns and explained the root causes according to Ayurvedic principals.
The treatment plan, including medications,dietary guidance and life style changes was very helpful.Within few weeks,I started noticing improvements in my sleep quality, my stress levels reduced gradually,and my weight also gradually becomes stable.
