I took a one-week Ayurveda training program with Dr. Salini. I was looking for a local place to learn about traditional roots, and I found it. The guesthouse is beautiful, meals are included, and the program gave me a great deal of personal self-insight. I am very grateful to have found her and highly recommend her.

Great atmosphere and ambience. I have been to Saatwika Ayurveda Treatment Centre for my self care and treatment. I really feel that place as my home where I felt it very divine. I got benefited with positivity, cure and self development. The care I got from my Dr.Salini gave me a complete relief from my stress and my life has changed after I visited this centre. Also,my mother-in-law visited the same centre for pain management and she got a complete relief from pain. She also felt very comfortable over her period of treatment in Saatwika. I recommend people to visit the centre for any body and mind ailments.

As an IT consultant, I was mentally and physically drained during my stay in Trivandrum. Through a friend, I discovered Saatwika Ayurveda Treatment and tried their Ayurvedic Signature Massage and Lepanam, which relieved me to the core. Therapist Akhil was dedicated and professional.
