I’ve been dealing with diabetes for years, and diabetic neuropathy made it worse. Constant pain and numbness in my feet. Walking was a struggle, and nights were the worst - I couldn’t sleep properly because of the discomfort.

I visited *Dr. Ajith Pawar at S.B. Multispeciality Ayurvedic Hospital, Jayanagar* for Panchakarma treatment. Within _2-3 weeks I felt a real difference_. The pain and numbness reduced a lot. What I liked most is that it was a completely natural treatment with no side effects.

Dr. Ajith Pawar took time to explain everything clearly, didn’t rush me. The staff were also very supportive and caring throughout. I’m genuinely grateful for the care I received here.

I had been struggling with diabetes and severe diabetic neuropathy for some time. The loss of sensation and numbness in both my feet was affecting my daily life. At night, the burning sensation in my feet was so intense that I could not sleep properly.

Warning to Patients: Misleading Claims and Financial Loss
I am writing this review as a 76-year-old widower and senior citizen to warn others about my experience with Dr. Ajeet P. at "SB Multi-Speciality Ayurveda Hospital."
1. Misleading Facility: Despite the name and the pamphlet claiming it is a "Multi-Speciality Hospital," this is actually a small two-bedroom house on a ground floor. It is a "one-man show" with no professional therapists or medical staff—only one young assistant from a rural village. The Google reviews mentioning "excellent staff" and a "hospital environment" do not reflect the reality of this location.
2. False Guarantees: I was promised a guaranteed cure for numbness in my toes caused by diabetic neuropathy. I paid ₹45,000 for an 8-day Panchakarma treatment. One month later, there has been absolutely no improvement.
3. Financial Exploitation: As a person from a lower-middle-class background living alone, this was a massive financial blow. The doctor used persuasive "sales talk" to convince me to part with my hard-earned savings, promising results that never materialized.
4. Lack of Professionalism: A medical practice should be built on honesty and healing, not on "mesmerizing" elderly patients to earn money through false claims.
Please do not fall prey to the marketing in their pamphlets. My experience resulted in a great financial loss with zero medical benefit. I hope this review prevents another senior citizen from going through what I have endured.
