Today I visited Rudram Ayurveda for Abhayagham massage and must say that the massage that was provided was extremely authentic with wide stokes and right pressure which helped to relax my muscles. Samarjeet attended me with extreme care amd kindness.

I had been struggling with severe lower back pain and excessive burping for quite some time. On 15th May, things became unbearable—I couldn’t even walk upright. My back was slightly tilted to one side, and I needed support just to move around.

In search of Ayurvedic treatment, I came across Dr. S. Ghatak, who recommended two types of therapy sessions along with some medicines. I had my first session the very same day, and the results were nothing short of incredible. Within just an hour, I was able to walk straight again, the pain had eased drastically, and even the constant burping felt much better. I was honestly amazed—it was the fastest and most effective relief I had ever experienced.

My therapy has been ongoing, and the difference is remarkable. Today, on 5th September, I returned for a follow-up and shared with him that I’ve improved by nearly 70%.
