Very bad staff please dont visit this hospital

I had taken my wife to the hospital for a check-up. When I gave my file at the reception, the receptionist asked me for 300 rupees. I was on a call at the time, so I told them, “Just a moment, I’ll pay in 2 minutes.” But the receptionist threw my file away. When I asked why they threw my file, the entire hospital staff started arguing with me. The staff here is extremely rude and ill-mannered.
Please, never go to this hospital.
