I cannot thank Dr. Kohli and his team enough for helping me through my fistula treatment journey.
When I first came to the clinic, I was extremely scared and anxious about undergoing Ksharsutra treatment. However, from the very first consultation, Dr. Kohli patiently explained the procedure, addressed all my concerns, and gave me the confidence to proceed. His calm nature, experience, and reassuring approach made a huge difference.

The treatment itself was carried out very smoothly. I would also like to sincerely thank Dr. Prajakta and Dr. Harshada, who were always kind, supportive, and ready to help whenever I had questions or worries. Their encouragement throughout the process meant a lot to me.

I underwent treatment for about one month, and today I am grateful to say that I am healed. Looking back, the fear I had before starting the treatment feels far away, thanks to the care and guidance I received from the entire team.

Had a small swelling and small pus oozing small abscess aound my anus since 6 months. Discharge was sometimes blood and sometimes pus. Doctors treated me with use of antibiotics time and again . But when I stop antibiotics again my symptoms were resurging. Was to get surgery for which I was not ready. Contacted dr Kohli Sir. He  checked and advised Kshar sootra treatment which I knew from internet. It took around 2 months for me to completely cure. I am doing very good now after Ksharsootra treatment. What a great doctor! Kohli sir cured me of my back pain and pain in legs which I had for 4 years. Every doctor whom I visited advised me Surgery for Disc bulges in L4 and L5. I took Kati basti and needle treatment Viddha karma for 15 days on a daily basis. Now I am continuing his Ayurveda medicines. I am 95?tter.

I visited Dr. Kuldip Kohli at Lower Parel recently as a patient's family member, and the experience was deeply disappointing — unlike anything I've encountered in a medical setting before.

Dr. Kohli repeatedly asked us to repeat our answers to the same questions, which was frustrating and dismissive of our time. When I, as the patient's child, asked whether he had handled cases similar to ours, he became immediately defensive and rude — repeatedly questioning why we were there and calling the question inappropriate. That is not an 'inappropriate' question. As a patient's family member, I have every right to understand a doctor's experience with similar cases.

The overall demeanor was arrogant, dismissive, and frankly sexist. I left feeling unheard and disrespected.

I would strongly caution others — especially women and family caregivers — before booking an appointment here. A doctor's bedside manner is as important as their clinical skill, and this fell far short on both counts.

I think other reviews might also be fake given he never answered the question.
There are much better ayurvedic practitioners with a more kinder disposition, attitude and manners.
