A hospital is known well in a city due to the quality of service provided. Piles Clinic is one of the finest example of this. Here the doctor is experienced as well as very friendly. During my recovery period whenever I was not feeling well, he had received all the calls and had given valuable advices. All the supporting staffs are also very cooperative. As today's market is so competitive I wish now the Clinic should focus a bit on its accommodation orelse everything is just perfect.

Doctor is experienced and cured me & his behaviour is very good friendly but there is a lack of hygiene in this place. I have attached a few pictures. There is only one bathroom for patients (men and women), the doctor, and the attendees. It is not being cleaned at all and patients have to clean it for their own hygiene. The nurse is very rude and unhelpful, only providing medicine. They keep taunting and are basically useless. The AC is there, but it is never switched on. After surgery, the recovery period is very painful yet the nurse does nothing. The first bowel movement after surgery is really important, but there was no guidance from the nurse on how to remove the gauze & surgical tape from the wound as the stitch is important and not to be tampered with.you will be clueless and in pain most of the time
