Excellent clinic..i relieved from my back pain suffering from a long years, Ayurvedic medicine is the best solution of diseatic problems that i have in my life...great impact after getting treatment in patanjali wellness center...Thank you so much ???? very much thankful

There is no punctuality of time and the members of naturopathy is so rude specially female who does cervical pain naturopathy she doesn't (anjali)know how to talk with patients please guide her well and give them some guidelines. Please let her know it's her service and we pay for this not in free of cost .

Worst experience
I was asked to visit between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM, but there was a delay of more than two hours in preparing the application. Moreover, in the end, the application was not applied at all, causing me significant inconvenience.
During this time, I encountered the following problems:
1. False Promises: The receptionist had told me to call 1 to 1.5 hours before my visit so that the application would be ready. However, despite my call, it was still not prepared, leading to unnecessary waiting.
2. Delay in Service: I was asked to come between 9:00 AM and
11:00 AM, but the application was not ready, and I had to wait for over two hours.
3. Misleading Information: The receptionist repeatedly assured me that the application was being prepared and would be ready in 5–10 minutes, but that was not the case. This excuse continued for nearly two hours.
4. Negligence of Dr. R Kumari: When I complained to the doctor about this delay, no action was taken, and the issue remained unresolved.
5. Application Not Done: Despite the long wait, in the end, my application was not applied, rendering my time and effort completely wasted.
This experience reflects negligence and irresponsible behavior in your services, which caused me extreme inconvenience.
Instead of asking questions, it is better to improve your system; if the work was done well by you, your feedback would also be good.

Very worst experience,, I have taken consultation for neuro balancing however doctor(MR. N*t*s*) have given assurance & always talk like giving warranty with loud tone that treatment is going in right direction, however there is no any improvement(taken 6 Months treatment) & at the end we end up with very miserable situation with patients, the doctor always behave & taunting in his every statements instead of talking politely or maturely that's really one couldn't expect from a senior doctor & also from this kind reputed medical institution,

I have visited with positive hope but my hard earned money & effort gone totally wastage with zero value because of there way of making money instead of giving right consultation & medication to patients,,
So will suggest before choosing consultation here think more than 100times before taking admission,,,& for what kind of treatment you are looking for,,

it will take more space to share all experiences with you, in short if there is possibility to give rating with negative star then will put -3*. Rest you all are understanding what I want to say...

The hospital is very good and the doctors are also very knowledgeable, but the receptionist (Komal) is very very rude , she is so pathetic and has got no skill of management. She has no manner how to behave or talk with the patient. For sure because of her behaviour I would prefer other hospitals rather this.
