Staffs are RUDE. NOT PROFESSIONALS. They think they are Prime Minister of any country. They(a staff) called us at LAST (and I'm 100% we were not the last), it was because I asked them twice, "after how much time should our turn come"? Looks like they were taking revenge.
I'll give BETTER RATING iff I see IMPROVEMENTS.

I went along with my mother for treatment. Staff behaviour is very arrogant . There are no respect for timing . For name sake they are following the que . Full mess . I don't know whether doctor is aware about all these things or not .

Doctor is not coming ontime.he has given appointment 2 pm.but he is coming 4:30 pm.after staff behaviour too rudh.he will not talk properly manner.my mother no is four.but there staff is calling other person 5 person.after we are asking then he is telling to wait.after i will wait.then again calling other two person.after he is talking rudely.this is totally worst clinic.he is not try to understand patient problem.

Dr Sandeep is very polite and humble person. He listens to his patients problems and give proper time.

Best doctor in Muzaffarpur. Staff behaviour very good.
