A truly rejuvenating and memorable postnatal recovery experience!

As a mother living abroad, I was unable to receive any traditional postnatal Ayurvedic treatments after my delivery. When I came to India for a short vacation during my baby’s sixth month, I decided to make the most of the opportunity and booked the 7-day postnatal care package at Palazhi Multispeciality Ayush Clinic – Thirumala.

Despite being six months postpartum, the doctors took the time to thoroughly assess my condition before starting the treatment and customized the therapies according to my needs. I was particularly struggling with back pain, and I was impressed by how much attention was given to this concern. The therapists carefully focused on my back during the treatments, which brought significant relief and comfort.

I would have loved to continue the treatment for 14 days, but due to my short vacation and other commitments, I could only opt for the 7-day package. The team was extremely accommodating and arranged everything according to my schedule, making the entire experience convenient and stress-free.
