I have been using Ojas Ayurveda products since one and half year and they are simply amazing. I loved to treat my skin with only natural products that contain no chemicals inside them. Ojas Ayurveda products are soo good and i loved it. ???? Very intensive effect and full value of money effective results, would continue using it and would not shift to any other options at least till the near future. ????

It has been a few months since I began my hair treatment here, and unfortunately, I have not experienced any noticeable improvement despite following the prescribed routine sincerely. I invested a considerable amount of money in the treatment and products with the expectation of professional guidance and visible results, but the overall experience has been quite disappointing.

From the beginning, I trusted the consultation and purchased multiple recommended products. Apart from the hair treatment products, I was also advised to buy additional items such as an eye cream and shampoo, which added significantly to the overall cost. However, none of these products have shown any meaningful results so far, which makes the entire investment feel unjustified.

Another major concern has been the professionalism and efficiency of the staff. The service often felt unorganized, and the handling during sessions did not reflect the level of care or expertise one expects from a professional clinic. Proper attention to clients and consistent service quality seemed to be lacking, which further affected my confidence in continuing the treatment.

As a client, I was hoping for transparency, proper follow-ups, and genuine concern regarding progress, but that was missing throughout my experience. When someone invests both time and money into a treatment, they naturally expect at least some level of improvement or clear communication regarding realistic outcomes.

Overall, my experience has been unsatisfactory, both in terms of results and service quality. I would strongly advise others to carefully research and think twice before investing in treatments or products here.

Since I cannot post multiple replies to this review, I would like to continue in response to what Ojas Health and Wellness has stated.

Firstly, I had clearly raised concerns regarding transparency about the treatment being advised. However, in your response, my personal issues were publicly mentioned, which made me extremely uncomfortable as patient confidentiality should always be respected.

Secondly, regarding the treatment process, I was advised to undergo a full body checkup through the clinic’s own lab, which I trusted and agreed to. Unfortunately, the staff member taking my blood sample appeared inexperienced. The sample could not be taken properly in one attempt, and multiple injections were administered in both hands. This resulted in visible blackness and mild pain that persisted for several weeks, which was highly distressing. Upon discussing this issue, I was told that I was not cooperating while giving the samples which was a wow factor for me.

To clarify, my concern was never about the treatment suggested for my condition. My issue was with the additional products that were recommended specifically an eye cream prepared by the doctor and the clinic’s shampoo. The shampoo, in fact, worsened my hair quality within a month. When I followed up regarding this concern over a CALL because I was not in the city for a long period of time, I was informed by Dr. Meenakshi that the shampoo would simply be changed. This raised serious concerns for me, as it felt like patients were being subjected to product trials despite investing a significant amount of money.

This experience ultimately led me to discontinue my follow-ups and consult another doctor. The treatment I am currently undergoing from another doctor has already shown visible improvement within a month, which unfortunately was not my experience here.
