Extremely bad service at their Powai centre . They will entice you to take packages and than one realises that they have heavy shortage of good trained masseurs . You will not get appointments and feel trapped . Avoid taking packages

I am an international Ayurveda consultant. I bring in people from all over world to Kerala for Ayurveda treatments. Since I am based in Mumbai there was an invigorating sojourn in my life that happened at NU Ayurveda Chembur.

The 4 hand abhyangam by therapists by Sandeep and Shaheed was so relaxing. I could feel the stresses of the mind, body and spirit getting out of the system right from the beginning during the foot soak in warm water to the head massage, to the synchronized massage done with so much dedication.

The treament room was so conducive to the therapeutic effect, the entire place was laden with positive sattvik energy that emanate from the carefully curated interiors and the good people with noble intentions. Yes, NU Ayurveda resonates with the bhavana of the collective efforts.

Being so observant, I noticed that an effort has been taken to keep the place spick and span. There is an attention to detail. I have been to over a hundred places all over the country. I must say that I am impressed by the integrity in healing@NU Ayurveda. I must mention that Seema at the reception is so adept at handling the clients/patients courteously with an endearing smile. A special thank you to Dr Richa, the co-founder of NU Ayurveda, for making this institution so special along with her team. Thank you all, and wishing you the best.

It was nice experience of panchkarma at NU ayurveda .The receptionist Seema is very polite and kind to explain each massage types and offers which was very helpful to me .
The therapists Anita and Kiran both are good in massaging the body it was very helpful to those who are suffering from paralysis and sinus problems.
In my opinion people must visit this place because of nice aroma and friendly nature of staff .
