Response to her reply:
Since i am not able to reply to her response i am editing the review. As I said the contact person is very rude everyone can see how she responds to feedbacks which are not appreciative. All her response to negative ones she says something but never takes that as a honest feedback.
My only feedback is the contact person is rude, not responsive and they are charging little more than other centers.
It's upto the service person to take it as an honest person and work on the feedback. For general people like me please keep the points I have mentioned earlier before taking service.

The contact person is very very rude. She makes wait for a long time and just says the service person is not there and cuts the call. Happened more than once. Very unprofessional. They charge more as well. Don't go here in case if you need proper treatment. They are very rude, unprofessional and charge more money

Very worst service. I called the number. She told the service person will call in one hour. I waited for two hours and she didn't pick the call. After 5hours when I called, she answered and is telling that service person is not available. From morning 10 to 3 she made me wait. When asked why she didn't inform prior she just cut the call. Very unprofessional and very rude.

I took treatment for sinusitis last year. It's completely gone. I tried many allopathic, homeopathic treatments. None of them cured me. I am proud to say that finding doctor like Dr Vinay Akula is very tough these days. Now I stopped relaying on allopathic medicine. Really happy ????. I strongly suggest dr.Vinay Akula for any kind of illness. Thank you so much dr.

My experience is not good because I went here for lower back pain and Dr. Suggested me for Kathi Basti treatment. I took the treatment for 5-6 Days but my pain has not been calmed. Finally, I've decided to go for physiotherapy. The therepist was good but Dr. seems interested in patients money not in pain. He never turned up for the follow-ups.

My mother took treatment for her back pain she felt very relaxing ,more energetic now and happy about therapist massage techniques. Dr Navya is calm, friendly and took good care.. overall it's very good experience and good treatment..i wish more n more success thank you.
