I had gone to Mukthi Health Centre a week back for frozen shoulder treatment on my right side. There was severe swelling near the shoulder. Five days panchakarma massage was done along with medicines and some light exercises. Swelling was gone completely. The pain has subsidised to a great extent even though there is some problems. It was advised to do the exercises on a regular basis. Those who are suffering from shoulder pain and other pain related or feeling numbness on leg, hand or so can visit Mukthi Health Centre and Dr. Arunima and Panchakarma specialist Saji would help you to relieve from your pains.

My wife had a wonderful experience during 7 days post natal care at Mukthi .All the staffs were polite ,friendly and very supportive throughout the treatment days .Her BP improved significantly without internal medications and just with the doctor's guidance on Pranayama which was truly impressive .

We visited Mukthi Health Care Center as a family, and all five of us opted for massages. From start to finish, we were taken care of extremely well. Two of us had severe muscle knots in certain areas, and the therapist genuinely went out of her way to work on them and provide as much relief as possible.

The ambience of the massage room was exactly what one would expect from a traditional Ayurvedic setup—calm, soothing, and authentic, complete with a traditional steam tub and gentle music. The oils used were aromatic and felt very good on the skin.

We were consulted and guided by Dr Arunima, who took the time to understand our individual needs and recommended treatments accordingly. She truly cares about her patients and their overall well-being. With this people-first approach, the centre also offers very reasonable rates—it never felt business-driven, but rather focused on holistic healing and patient welfare.

We had a very positive and rejuvenating experience and would highly recommend this place.
