I am Priya and I have been a part of Merakis personalised diet plan under the guidance of Dr Divya and dietician Amrita for the last 4 months. My main issues prior to this was weight gain, stress eating and reduced energy levels. After joining the programme, i could feel the difference right from week 1. Along with weight loss, there was significant inch loss, improved energy levels and better eating habits. The diet recipies are very easy to follow even in tight schedules. Right from consultation to curating diet plans everything can be done online. The diet plans are easy to follow and are well designed considering the nutrition and convenience of the clients. They are also open to changes provided it's convincing for a weight loss diet.
The dieticians allotted are excellent in their job and they always motivate you to stay in track. They guide you when you tend to over indulge. They are just a message away and are quick to respond to any of your query or concerns.

Really grateful to each one of the Team in helping me achieve something which I always dreamt of.
Totally worth considering if you don't wish to starve and still lose some extra kilos.
Exercise is so far not implemented as a part of the plans but it's recommended by Dr accordingly.

I’ve been following Meraki’s diet plan for the past 2 months and lost 9 kg! The recipes are very good, easy to follow, and practical for daily life. What I love most is that the diet doesn’t feel restrictive — I feel positive, energetic, and much more active throughout the day.
