I came to Matha for the treatment of IOP. During the first consultation with Dr. Shantha kumari, she explained very well the condition which I am going through currently and the importance of a proper treatment. Once I confirmed my decision to proceed with the treatment, a well structured treatment schedule is explained and started. I was getting proper advices from Dr. Athira, Dr. Hira and Dr. Sayana on a day to day basis until the treatment is over. The therapist Mahesh, Das and Rahul and other staffs were very prompt in delivering medicines and therapies as advised by the doctor.Last but not the least, the staffs who catered delicious food and the staff who were assigned to maintain the cleanliness of our room and the Staffs at the reception delivered an outstanding service to us during our 16 days of treatment.May this hospital offers relief to many more patients through the healing power of Ayurveda

We stayed in Matha eye hospital phase 2 building for 16 days treatment. The treatment was effective and we are seeing good progress. My dry eyes has improved within the treatment period. The staff and doctors are very friendly and caring and prioritize your health. There is regular follow up of our health and comfort. The room was clean and neat. Daily cleaning and regular sheet change was done by the staff. The food served was home made and tasty. Overall the stay was pleasant, homely, and eyes are rejuvenated.

Dr. Santhakumari and Dr. Athira were extremely caring, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the treatment. Dr.Athira took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured that we felt confident and comfortable during our stay. The staff were also very supportive, polite, and attentive to every need.
The rooms were clean, peaceful and decently maintained, which added to the healing experience. The Ayurvedic treatments were professionally managed, and the overall atmosphere was calm and rejuvenating.

I had a sudden SNHL (L ear)since 6months,I took steroids installation+myringotomy(L)+grommet insertion but it was a complete failure.l can't even sleep for a single night bcoz of tinnitus that was my only symptom of my condition ,while doing audiogram they told almost 60% hearing loss happened over the lf ear then the consultant ENT Dr advised me to do the steroid injection through the ear immediately to prevent further hearing loss,but after that procedure also no change happened to the tinnitus and started severe pricking pain then onwards.Again they took audiogram after 3months at manipal hospital it shows almost 90% hearing loss.At that moment they suggested hearing aid.this was my allopathic history.

Myself as an ayurvedic doctor I strongly believe in ayurveda,then i reached Matha ayurvedic eye hospital kudapanakunnu, TVM .Here I met Dr Santhakumar mam first of all she give me positive hopes in my condition and I took 16days ip level treatment day by day my tinnitus sound was reduced at last my lost hearing ability was improved.now I can hear up to 30- 40% from zero % .
I am so thankful to Santhakumari mam as a good Vaidya and very good teacher,she clarified all my doubts and also I can learn new things in my ayurvedic career. Dr Athira,Dr Heera and Dr Sayana were extremely compassionate and strongly supported me throughout the treatment.All other staff members including housekeeping staff were friendly and pleasant to interact.Suma and Sruthi performed all my daily treatments with utmost care.

I have Mac hole in right eye from 2019 onwards. I came to know about Matha and came here on April 27,2026 for 16 days treatment. I feel a better vision in both eyes now.
