I’m extremely disappointed with how things have changed. The OPD fees and medicine prices have increased drastically and frequently. On top of that, the overall management is very poor. It feels like the focus has shifted more towards commercialization rather than patient care and well-being. Earlier, this place was known for its quality and genuine approach, but now the experience has become frustrating and disappointing. I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards restoring the trust and care that patients once valued.

I consulted with Dr. Suneera due to Allergies and Asthma. She is very patient, optimistic and understanding about different circumstances. She is very patiently listens to all the issues and then recommends medicines and panchkarma therapies. All the medicines and therapy is working great for me. I can see the change in just 15-20 days. My mother consulted with Dr. Suneera who recommended a 5 day treatment plan. The treatments were excellent. Great care was taken by Dr. Suneera to ensure that my mother who has acute neck pain was taken care of. Dr. Suneera is very competent. She is also very kind and caring. The team of young girls who did the therapies were also very good. The Abhyanga and the Potli massages are especially very relaxing.

I spent 3 weeks at the hospital receiving Panchkarma treatments. Beautiful holistic healing experience. All the staff from Reception to Room Cleaning are very kind, respectful and professional. I was frequently being asked if there was anything else I needed for my comfort. The food providrd is part of the treatment - cooked with love and ftom the heart and always served with a smile. Nurses always pleasant and attentive. The technicians who gave the treatments were dedicated, skilled, hardworking and always pleasant and attentive to my needs. Dr Suneera Barga was my personal doctor and she oversaw and customised all my treatments. I saw her every day and could contact her at any time. Any questions and concerns I had were always addressed in a professional manner. She was always kind, approachable and available. A truly holistic experience in a healing atmosphere of love, integrity and service.
