I had an excellent experience with Lekha ayurveda. Very calm & family like atmosphere. Dr.vishak, dr.soumya & therapist jayalakshmi took care of me. Therapist jayalakshmi chechi is very cool & humble person. Also she is professional and caring person. I consulted here to treat my severe back pain. After the treatment session, it was cleared very well. Also my stress reduced and my sleep became better. Overall Lekha ayurveda is a good place for all treatments. I took the Special Ksheeradhara package and Thakradhara treatment at Lekha Ayurveda, and it was a really good experience. The place has a calm, family-friendly atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed from the moment you enter.
Dr. Soumya explained the treatment clearly and was very kind, which gave me confidence.
The therapy done by Jayalakshmi was excellent. She was gentle, professional, and very caring. After the treatment, I felt my stress reduce a lot, my mind became calm, and my sleep improved. My body felt lighter and more relaxed, and I felt fresh and positive.
Overall, Lekha Ayurveda gave me real results, not just relaxation. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for effective and genuine Ayurvedic treatment.
