I had a very good experience with Keva Ayurveda. Dr Geetika Ma'am were patient, listened carefully to my health concerns, and explained the treatment clearly. The staff was supportive and the overall consultation experience was comfortable. I have gone through Panchakarma treatment ,thought out the journey Dr and staff were taking care well and supporting . I appreciate the care, guidance, and professionalism provided by the doctor and team. Highly recommended for anyone looking for Ayurvedic treatment.

I had recently been to Keva in Whitefield and had an experience, Doctor Geethika was very kind and was able to understand my concerns and suggested medication and Panchkarma where I found very good results, The Therapist Abhirami also was very kind and she understood many of my concerns as well and gave me very good treatment. Over all my experience was good and people including receptionist were very Responsive. Thank you for the best Service.

During my visit in keva ayurvedha clinic whitefield (visited there with my husband. He had a massage too), I noticed something concerning. When I came for consultation, the receptionist informed me that the doctor was not available for consultation and mentioned that the doctor has to go consulting at another hospital. However, based on my understanding, the doctor does not appear to work elsewhere. This created some confusion for me and made the situation feel unclear.

It gave the impression that I was not being provided with accurate information. I believe patients deserve transparency and honest communication when visiting a medical clinic. After sometine the doctor agreed to meet me and I visited due to severe back pain and leg pain. After consultation, the doctor suggested an Ayurvedic therapy treatment. While the doctor can diagnose and suggest the treatment plan, I strongly feel that the real experience of the treatment depends greatly on the therapist who actually performs the therapy.

I would especially like to appreciate the therapist Abhirami, ( i have put 5 star only for her therapy) who conducted my massage therapy. She was absolutely excellent at her work — extremely professional, calm, positive, and very friendly throughout the session. She carefully listened to all my concerns and made sure I was comfortable during the entire treatment. Her massage technique was very effective, and she handled everything with great care and dedication. Therapists like her truly make the treatment meaningful because they are the ones who actually carry out the therapy and help patients feel relief. In my opinion, the therapist deserves equal, if not more, appreciation because they are directly involved in the healing process.

However, my experience with the receptionist (abhiya) was quite disappointing. The receptionist appeared very rude and unprofessional while handling us. She seemed to have a negative attitude and looked visibly uninterested while interacting with patients. What was even more surprising was that she suggested starting the massage before consulting the doctor, which did not seem like the correct or professional procedure in a clinic environment. I’m not sure if others have faced a similar situation, but this is definitely something the management should look into. I spoke to the receptionist and i am not sure if this has been told or spoken to the branch head and took any action for this. If not please do look into it

Overall, my therapy experience with Abhirami was excellent and she truly deserves recognition for the quality of care and professionalism she provides. At the same time, I hope the clinic improves the front desk experience so that patients receive a welcoming and professional interaction from the moment they enter.

I was suffering with psoriasis and I consulted many doctors and one of my friend suggested Dr.Geetika. I met Dr.Geetika at Keva ayurveda for my psoriasis and i am very happy with the results. The doctor listened patiently ,explained my condition clearly and provided a well-planned ayurvedic treatment. I could see noticeable improvement in my condition. She suggested panchakarma treatment and i feel confident to proceed with it based on my experience so far. The overall care and approach were professional and reassuring. I highly recommend Keva ayurveda and Dr.geetika for psoriasis. Staff was also very professional and caring .

My self Abi . I had back joint pain problem since very long I met Dr. Geetika at Keva Ayurveda, Whitefield for my back pain and experienced very positive results. After completing the 12-day treatment suggested by the doctor, my pain reduced significantly and my overall mobility improved. Dr. Geetika is highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the cause of my problem and the treatment approach in a very clear and reassuring manner.

The therapist was very experienced and performed the therapies with great care and professionalism. The entire staff was polite, smiling, and welcoming, which made each visit comfortable and stress-free. The center is clean, hygienic, well-organized, and has a calm, pleasant atmosphere.
