I visited for an Abhyangam massage after taking a night bus. I arrived a little early, but they welcomed me in with a smile. The massage felt absolutely amazing—I’m so glad I came here before my flight! Being able to take a shower afterward was the best. I’ll definitely come back again!

I recently visited Kerala Ayurveda Life for an Ayurvedic massage therapy session and I would like to share my feedback.
Firstly, I sincerely appreciate the calm environment, cleanliness, and the traditional ayurvedic process followed at your center. The ambience and herbal smell was very relaxing. The therapist was polite and followed proper hygiene and professional approach throughout the session.
The massage treatment helped me feel lighter, stress free and relaxed. I experienced relief in body stiffness and improved blood circulation. The oil used was very soothing and felt very authentic ayurvedic.
However, I would like to give a small suggestion for improvement – it would be better if the therapist explains little more before starting the therapy about pressure level, focus points and expected body response after massage (heat, mild pain, detox reaction etc.). This helps clients to understand better and stay mentally prepared.
Overall, I am satisfied with the service and healing experience. I will definitely recommend Kerala Ayurveda Life to others who are looking for natural ayurvedic wellness treatment. I would also like to return again for future therapy sessions.
