I recently underwent a surgery at Kauvery Hospital and stayed there for two days.

While no one looks forward to being in a hospital, my experience was genuinely positive. The doctors were reassuring and took the time to explain everything clearly. The nursing staff was kind, attentive, and always available whenever I needed assistance. The support staff also ensured everything was smooth and comfortable throughout my stay.

The hospital was clean, well-organized, and the overall care made my recovery much easier.

We recently visited Kauvery Hospital, Marathahalli for pneumonia treatment for my mother and the care provided throughout the stay was truly commendable.

Dr. T. R. Hemkumar and his team managed the treatment with excellent expertise and attention. From admission to discharge, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and well coordinated.

The nursing staff was supportive, responsive, and consistently monitored the patient’s condition with genuine care. The hospital environment, including the room and surrounding facilities, was maintained neatly and hygienically, which added to the patient’s comfort and recovery.

We were also impressed by the dietary guidance provided. The dietician clearly explained the recommended meal plan and coordinated everything seamlessly with the cafeteria team. Food was served punctually, and the quality and hygiene standards were well maintained for both the patient and the attendee.

Visited Kauvery Hospital, Marathahalli for gallbladder removal surgery due to gallstones. Our experience throughout the process was very good.

Dr. Ravishankar and his team handled the case very professionally. The admission process was quick and well organized. The surgery was successfully completed and the medical team ensured proper care during the recovery period.

The nursing team was very attentive and kept checking on the patient at regular intervals. The room was clean and hygienic, which made the stay comfortable.

The dietician carefully explained what food should be taken and what should be avoided, and the instructions were directly coordinated with the cafeteria. Meals were delivered on time, and the food quality was good and hygienic for both the patient and the attendee.
Overall, we sincerely thank the entire medical team, nursing staff, and the cafeteria team for their care and support.

We are a couple who live near Marathahalli. We have been visiting this hospital from 2025.
We initially came in emergency for getting checked for some heart related issues. We were assisted quickly and provided with prompt response. Luckily it wasn’t anything major. But the quick response made us trust the hospital.
We have consulted the gynaecology department and also finished our Yearly checkup here. The services provided were top notch.

We were guided clearly for the consultation and tests, assisted wherever needed and provided with clear instructions throughout. Lydia and other staff at the hospital ensured we finished the tests in orderly manner.

Important : The hospital was crowded on a Saturday, yet they maintained decorum and handled it like pros.

The main thing that matters to us is cleanliness and here it is always top notch.

Overall the services are prompt, efficient and professional.

Do note the queue will be long on weekends and the wait time is too long. (We started at 7:30 in the morning and ended at 6 PM. We couldn’t even finish our consultation. We had to book consultation for the next weekday.)
