KRM Ayurveda is a well established hosp. The staff is very cooperative and soft spoken. The treatment given by the hosp is very useful to health. It seems that this type of oil therapy was given by the mother during childhood I. e. Upto the age of one year otherwise by this hosp.
Treatment provide by the we well trained staff in all therapy as well as accupressure. I specially apraise to Mr Himansu, Mr Rishi,
Mr. Shani and Branch manager Mr Ankit Sharma., Overall the hospital work is commendable.

I had a very disappointing experience with Karma Ayurveda.

We started treatment with the hope of getting proper care and support, but the medicines did not suit my mother. After this, we returned the medicines on 3 May 2026, and their team clearly assured us that the refund would be processed within 2–3 days. However, even after several days, we have still not received the refund, any tracking ID, or even a proper update.

The worst part is their poor customer support. Calls are rarely answered, and whenever someone does pick up, the only response is “we will update you,” but no actual action is taken afterwards. This kind of delay and lack of transparency is extremely frustrating, especially when it involves someone’s health and hard-earned money.

On top of this, consultancy fees were charged twice — once online and again during the branch visit, where it was added to the bill without proper clarification. This feels highly unfair and misleading.

A similar issue also happened with my friend, which makes this experience even more concerning. Patients and families come with trust, not to be ignored after payment.

I request Karma Ayurveda to process the pending refund immediately, share a proper update, and clarify the duplicate consultancy charges. Very disappointed with the service, communication, and overall handling of this matter.
If they wont respond this time, I will take this matter to the consumer court
