We have been ripped off . We have spent nearly 6000$ , for our mother’s treatment . With a promise of money back guarantee if it doesn’t work . Once we made payment Dr Puneet Dhawan completely ignored calls . He promised to send us the treatment plan about how to take medications . We received only one pack for which we do not have any plan on how to take those , further more some package is stuck at FedEx and they said they wrote to shipper which is Dr Puneet and has recieved no response . I have called them nearly 50 times each day since last week and they always say to wait and Dr puneet will call back . It’s a lame promise which has never been fulfilled. Please residents of India advise me which authority I can contact to report their fraudulent activity? .

Plz don't buy karma ayurveda products.they are scammer. I BOUGHT product for 4 months the first time creatinine leval came 3.6 to previously 3.9 in 4th month it goes to 10.3. I asked them what to do. They told me continue with the medicine don't go for dialysis patient was about to die but even then they shamelessly trying to sell the medicine. I am preparing to sue them collecting all the required evidences about their promise and the result. The worst part was they didn't even care what may happen to patient. Now patient is fine she is on dialysis.
