Very satisfying experience. Would like to mention the people who made me feel at ease. Neha - a wonderful person to talk to,she explained the procedures and showed us around the wonderful centre. Amrita and Meenakshi, the 2 therapists who did the udwartanam were excellent. They did an amazing job, thorough professionals.

I had a very bad experience with the centre. I had deposited Rs 20000/- worth 30,000 services as per monsoon promotion offer on 15th August 2025. Most of the time 2 experienced therapists were unavailable so the services were postponed. Was forced to take treatment from one fresher and one experienced as inspite of repeated request money refund was denied.After giving services worth Rs 24000 , the owner refused to provide further sessions stating that the money has already been consumed. A big fraud and lie in the name of services. No Ayurvedic doctor is present for consultation either.Recently came to know that it was not in any way associated with Kairali Ayurveda chain when gave a mail complaint to the main chain. Please be mindful before visiting such centers

Further, i would like to share the earlier bill of 7th August where it is clearly mentioned by the biller about the services i am supposed to get against Rs 10,000 which is 7 sessions of podikizi and janu vasti on the basis of which I paid further 20,000 on 15th August in order to avail the benefits but against this 20,000 i received a total of 7 sessions that too, 3 of abhyangam and 4 of podikizi along with greevasti. After which on a sudden day after a gap of 5 months i am told that yesterday internal audit team has assessed the account and the services for a me is over against the advance amount of Rs 20000 deposited. How far this is this genuine and transparent any person can understand.

Amrita and Kritika are really good at what they do. Should really book it for relaxation. I had a good time.
