I visited this clinic for treatment of a fungal infection that was initially limited to a small area. Unfortunately, instead of improving, my condition significantly worsened after following their prescribed treatment.

I was charged ₹5,000, which included consultation and medicines for 15 days. However, the treatment provided was ineffective, and the infection spread across a much larger area. There was no noticeable improvement, and the approach seemed more focused on repeatedly calling me back for additional paid treatments rather than resolving the issue.

I was also advised to undergo an additional procedure costing around ₹15,000, which appeared unnecessary given the lack of results from the initial treatment.

Due to the worsening condition, I consulted Dr. Sanjay Fernandes at Phoenix Palladium, where I received appropriate treatment. My infection started improving within three days. However, due to the earlier ineffective treatment, I now require a longer course of medication.

This experience felt highly unprofessional and financially exploitative. I would advise others to exercise caution before seeking treatment here.

I will not recommend these people as I don’t have good experience with them. I am suffering from skin condition and looking for some permanent resolution for that so this post came up on FB page and I contacted them over the phone. By seeing international number they were really nice and organised the meeting with Doctor even though he was really busy. The girl convinced me they will can solve my issue and they follow up on regular basis. They asked for big amount which I asked if I can pay half and will pay half later but they said no. I was desperate about my concern so I deposited the full amount 30k then I didn’t hear anything from them and I was worried and sent a msg to that girl that why didn’t I hear anything and she said we all were busy. I got medicine for 45 days and got the invoice for 1000rs only but they said it’s for me to save the money. Anyways money wasn’t the issue but my skin condition gone worse and I was keep trying contacting them and they said your problem is totally coming out that’s why. I was in pain so I have to go to my local doctors and took medicine for 3 days which helped me . When I spoke to them and they said they will send me more medicine and the need another 25 . I said I’m sorry but I can’t pay that much. Then they never contacted me again. Just wanted to say it might worked for some people but it was my experience and I’m really disappointed. You said you care for people but clearly you are not so please don’t do false promises. It’s a business for you but the people who are struggling you are not understanding their pain.

I don't know about other disease. But for lpp they are worst .No result after taking treatment for for last 3 yrs . I think who all are saying they got cured that is paid review. Because think practically how a person can digest 20+ medicines in a day . Never saw dr raj .. everytime new doctor then they will say we will discuss with dr raj but I think nothing they are discussing because within mins medicine will be ready. And their diet is so bad because of their extraordinary diet ..right side of the face got paralized. I stopped medicine immediately. Went to another ayurvedic doctor for lpp 50% cured within 4 months ..diet plan is really good . So happy that i stopped believing blindly on jyovis ayurveda. Please don't take their medicine they are experimenting on us , playing with our health. ????
