Been a 5year old client and revisited now.

Waiting Time: CONFUSED STAFF with too much waiting time.
I walked in on time for my appointment slot at 5.30pm and my consultation started at 6.30pm.
People in the waiting area were irritated already due to long waiting time.
In this 1hour of waiting, receptionist asked me to fill 30 answers on their website which NO ONE CHECKED (Tricks for organic hits on website).

PATIENT HISTORY: It was taken by a young girl who only focused on filling the form. My Mother said she had slipped disk on which she replied " Great ". That's the first impression of the clinic, please don't send inexperienced staff to handle clients.

FEES: The package was costing Rs.80,899, they offered a discount of 40% off which is good because they are famous to run offers always. But then when asked for part payment, you can only pay in 2 parts for a 4 months treatment. An amount of almost 50K should atleast have option of payment in 3-4 parts.

STAFF: The staff is very young and inexperienced which is following strict protocols blindly by their bosses. The problem is that they need mental presence on the floor. They treat you like a "task" rather than patients.

OVERALL ENERGY: You will sense a very sale driven energy throughout the visit. They follow up rigorously prior your visit. You can sense the incentive driven attitude of the staff.

The Doctor is fine. They need to worry about the customers complaining in the waiting area due to incompetent staff and messy service on the floor. I guess the Doctor too focused in the cabin and is unaware of the staff being this messy all over the place.
