It was excellent experience at jiva... I have come for diabetes problem, my Hb1c was 8.5 but after taking two months of treatment it has reduced 5.5. very good treatment as well as good advises of diet.

VERY BAD Staff Behaviour Please Don't Waste Time Because They Think People Come To Waste Time Not Treatment.
I had a very disappointing experience at Jiva Ayurveda Clinic on Sarat Bose Road. The behavior of both the staff and the doctor was unsatisfactory and unprofessional.
I visited the clinic seeking medical advice, but I was not satisfied with the consultation or the recommendations provided. Instead of addressing my concerns properly, I felt there was excessive pressure to proceed with treatment. When we expressed our doubts and dissatisfaction, the staff's attitude became rude and dismissive.
What upset me the most was being told that we had come only to waste their time, which was completely untrue and inappropriate. As patients, we expect to be treated with respect, regardless of whether we choose to continue treatment or not.
Good healthcare is not only about treatment but also about communication, empathy, and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience lacked all three. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this clinic to others seeking patient-centered care.

I should've submitted this review 3months back but I didn't. I consulted with their doctor and the medicines didn't work for me which costed me 3000/- bucks.
However the ridiculous part is, that they kept on calling me for past 3months despite telling them that I don't wish to continue my consultation with them anymore.
So please don't visit their clinic for treatment, they're fraud and only their to take money.

This is a scam website. Do not trust. They show free consultation. On call asks you to pay Rs.49 For online consultation and they never calls you. And medicine is also expensive. So, don't get fooled by their advertisement. And they comment the same at every negative review. But no follow up.

I came at jiva regarding my chronic diabetes problem taken treatment from Jiva now my sugar level under control. And very good behavior of doctor and other staff at Jiva clinic. Fill like a homily atmosphere.
