Honestly, I'm really disappointed with Jiva Ayurvedic ????. I used their medicines for a month and felt like it was a complete waste of money. It seemed like they were running some kind of business strategy just to earn money. The first red flag was when I saw 'medicines are non-refundable and not returnable in any case' written at the reception ????. I thought, why would they do this unless they get too many return requests?

And the way they give you medicines in packages (that's what they call it) is for a minimum of one month. So even for a small issue, you'll end up spending ₹3-4k just to check if it works or not. Initially, the doctor seemed nice, explained things properly, and listened to my issues, but now I feel like it was just part of their sales pitch ????.

The worst part is they follow up a lot, but it's just to sell you one more package of medicines. Not worth it, imo. Wouldn't recommend unless they change their approach.

Clinic location which is available in google map is not exactly matched. So i called to customer care to get the location but phone was connected to other branch of Jiva ayurveda, He replied me to share the contact number of JIVA Bhubaneswar but phone was disconnect. So i faced lots of problem to get the clinic

I went to Dr Pushpalata Maharana for treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis, my symptoms were severe and I kept sneezing the whole day, for almost 300 times a day. The sneezing left me with headache and sore throat and no medicine helped me. I tried treatments in Allopathic, Homeopathic and Naturopathy, but none helped. But the medicines given by mam worked wonders for me, and my symptoms went away in almost a year. And I was off medicines withing 2 years. As of now I take sos medicine, as and when required.
After my treatment was over, my mother also started her treatment with mam, for joint pains. Mam suggests medicine as per the need of a patient. My mother is still under treatment, so we are waiting to see results soon. I deducted one star because Jiva Ayurveda is a bit expensive, and might leave a hole in general public's pocket. Reduction in price would open door to a lot more patients, who currently can't afford the medication.

I started my treatment 3 months ago for my asthama condition. After the treatment so far , I have seen noticable improvement in my current condition and I have also stopped using my lupinhaler which I was taking since 2 years. They have been very friendly and generous towards me from the starting .
