Very bad experience I faced on the very first day after admission. They called me at 9am but didn't start any therapy till 2pm. I kept waiting unnecessarily.
After that the therapist left the therapy room open , with oil on my back during kati basti. She went out left her phone with loud music in the room. The area was common for gents and ladies,so all were roaming outside.
After 1.5 hour of my total day therapy, they gave me wrong medicines of some other patient, that too the medicines were in loose state without any particulars on it.
They do not even provide a Xerox of (pre paid) patient prescription, so that patient can see what is prescribed by doctor.
And Doctors having lack of thoughtful hearing..They only focus on admission and deposit not of patients well-being.

I shared my feedback on the link form after visit and I even called their head office chandigarh for the wrong medicine concern, I also shared pics of it but no action has been taken yet.
They only call patient and ask feedback but do nothing to solve the situation there.

Overall, it's not worth so high charges.
How can a person pay 16000 per day for just 1.5 hour therapy, that too unsatisfactory.
Discopline is extremely poor, most therapy staff were busy with their mobiles avoiding patients call.

Highly non- recommendable.

I was admitted for 12 days for the knee and back pain treatment.
I got very relief in both pain.
The staff and doctor are very helpful and cooperative. I felt the atmosphere of hospital was just like at home.
Panchkarma , yoga and other activities are excellent.

They sell packages!!!
Visited HIIMS Ayurveda, Lucknow for my mother’s arthritis consultation. The experience felt more like a package selling setup than a genuine medical consultation.

There was no proper clinical evaluation, no detailed joint examination, no meaningful discussion of existing reports and no attempt to understand the actual severity of symptoms like swelling, stiffness, and difficulty in walking.

Within minutes, we were directed to “financial counselling” for Panchkarma therapy without any clear diagnosis or treatment plan. It strongly appeared that Panchkarma is being recommended to almost every patient as a standard solution, regardless of individual condition.

The entire process gave the impression of a predefined sales funnel where financial counselling and package selling are the primary focus, not patient care.

Overall, this did not feel like a patient-first approach. Would strongly recommend seeking a proper medical opinion before committing to any expensive therapies here.

Very crowded centre with long waiting hours. Treatment and medicines are quite expensive without insurance. Good initiative to promote Ayurveda, but mainly suitable for basic ailments like diabetes or hypertension. For serious conditions like kidney issues or cancer, better to consult an allopathic doctor.
