Pathetic experience every staff and Doctor careless approach. They deal with only money. After discharge they are not guide to patient even not reply or feel patient requirement. Not hygiene of hospital rooms and bathroom. Baat kyu nahi karte patient se. Worst experience after 21 days treatment patient condition is very bad. I will file petition if anything happens with my patient. Pathetic working staff and Doctor contact me otherwise my lowers will contact you

I have consulted for the first time and the doctor prescribed medicines. They are so much expensive, they gave me the bill of ₹7516 only for the medicines and for the utter basti daycare process charges ₹5000 per day ( and the process is of 7-10 days) dkhlo fr bill kaha se kaha jayega hmari sari savings, income yo hum inko hi de dengw to hmare kya bcha fr . Have some shame!!! .. if you are doing good work , social service for the patients, public who come in the hope of getting better treatment then keep some genuineness in each and every term. They are not charging. they are just looting the patients in the name of Ayurveda treatment. I will not recommend this..

I had a really positive experience at HIIMS Sector 35. The highlight for me was definitely Dr. Niteshwari. I’ve actually consulted her for my entire family, one by one, and every time she has been spot on with her diagnosis. What really impressed me is how she is able to understand issues just by checking the nerves — that level of knowledge is honestly rare these days.
Apart from that, the overall environment is very welcoming. The staff, especially at the reception, were polite and helpful right from the beginning, which makes a big difference when you’re visiting for health concerns.

The service was very nice. I would especially like to thank Jyoti, (Therapist) who did a brilliant job. She went beyond my expectations and was extremely supportive throughout. Both the lady doctors were also very humble and helpful towards the patients. It is truly wonderful to see doctors treating patients with such calmness, patience, and kindness.

My only concern is that the treatment here is quite expensive compared to other private hospitals. It would be very helpful if the management could consider reducing some charges so that more people, especially those who are financially struggling, can also afford treatment here.

“Jeena Sikho – HIIMS” is doing great work, and I personally know many people around me who would love to receive treatment here, but unfortunately they cannot afford the current charges. This is just a humble suggestion, and it would make a big difference if the organization could look into this.
