Excellent ayurveda therapies which helped me to improve my severe pain in leg and hip joint,shoulder,knee and feet due to nerve compression in my vertebrae at various points.Very helpful doctors,superb medication,nutritious food,with other activities like Yoga,Hawan,prayers,music meditation etc.Naturopathic treatment as well as post care advice for diet and exercise is also helpful.
