The hospital has potential, but the overall management is very poor. There are long waiting hours in the OPD, and absolutely no clear guidance on where to go or whom to ask. Some staff were rude or simply uninterested in helping patients. Shockingly, there were no nurses in the OPD, and non-medical staff were handling patients with full attitude and zero professionalism. Basic cleanliness and maintenance are completely lacking—the hospital is extremely dirty, with unhygienic surroundings and filthy toilets. Nurses were checking in patients without any doctor present in the chamber, which is unacceptable and unsafe.

While treatment might be free or low-cost, the level of disorganization and neglect is very frustrating. This hospital urgently needs improvement in hygiene, staff behavior, and proper medical protocol.

It's the only government Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital in West Bengal. Patients are treated here with so much care. Doctors and staffs are so friendly
