The worst hospital. My right thumb was crushed and it was bleeding horribly see, they didn't allow us to the e.r . And when i came to the hospital for checkup, their manner's r good but lack of concerness. It's a must not hospital to go to when u r a kid.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with a nurse. They are completely unaccommodating and displayed a very lazy attitude throughout. It genuinely made me wonder if she had forgotten that she was working in a private hospital, where patients expect professionalism, attentiveness, and care. Her behavior fell far short of the standards one would reasonably expect in such a setting.

My nephew had a surgery for appendicitis in this hospital through PMJAY scheme. Surprisingly 2/3 sanctioned mount was held by the hospital stating that they need to do this as Government is not paying the money to them. As per my understanding the entire fee was suppose to be cover by this scheme including consultation fee, test, bed charges, etc however here in this hospital only selected area are covered which is very shocking. When the bill was over 60k just for hospital they covered only 7500 as sanction amount was just 22k. Hospital is extremely dirty. It’s worst than any PHC hospital. On a positive note , Doctor, Nurses, etc are very helpful and extremely good.

Despite being significantly costly even from Raj Medicity, Imphal Hospital is extremely dirty. Yes not just dirty, extremely dirty.

Mosiac floors, which are known for its shine & beauty are extremely blackened signalling occasional cleaning. Hospital should be cleaned multiple times a day but the view suggest lack of cleaning even for once in a day. No dustbin in the room. Windows, switch boxes are full of dirt. Not just windows, even the floor and table are full of dust.. Corridor are dirty as hell. Lighting is corridor is very very poor. Saw rats running as well. Hygiene should be paramount for a hospital, which is not the case for Imphal Hospital. 1 star fot Hygiene.
5 stars for Doctors and nurses. Experienced, good doctors & helpful doctors & nurses.

I had delivery of my wife from this hospital on recommendation from a relative.
Doctor is helpful at certain extent however few nurses during post partem time were really impolite and rude, my wife had a traumatic experience after birth.
She is unable to forget the various incidents till now... Around 8 months... The moment which was suppose to be cherished for Life time, it had been made a traumatic experience by the nurses and staffs of the hospital.
Few nurses were really helpful and supportive but most of them not.
They need a proper Training.
One advice for all other fellow citizens, go to hospital on your own risk.
