It was a good hospital at one point in time(probably in 2019-2024)but has seen a downfall since then. They have become money grabbing place in the guise of providing “healthcare”.

I had visited for an ear check up and they made me go through a procedure for which they charged 1000/- in addition to consultation fees(which is fine). It is the reasoning behind the charges of 1000/- the reasons given to me were that the medicine costs 500, the medicine was picked up from their own pharmacy and was 108/- when I challenged the medicine fee, 2 folks whispered into each others ears and made up a reason. If a procedure costs xyz amount, why is there an ambiguity about it?

Their follow up period is for 15 days and most of Ayurvedic treatments are long duration. The free follow up of a short duration makes sense for western medicine where the treatment is for shorter duration but doesn’t make sense for treatments prescribed for months together. Adding insult to injury is pathetic reasoning of the staff. Their reasoning was after months of medication was, it is upto the patient to decide if they want to follow up or not(paraphrasing their response). Why would someone undertake rigorous medicine preparation for months, pay 10s of thousands of rupees and not want a follow up? They are basically holding the patients hostage.

I understand healthcare systems too need to make money to be sustainable but can the reasons of charges and fees of the service be explained with some hint of grace and compassion where it doesn’t outright look like robbing.

Very happy with treatment.
Was suffering from cervical spondylosis from 1.5 yrs, tried various treatment and modern medicine but there is no results, and later to give a try admitted to this hospital for 7 days treatment, one of finest doctors, therapists, and supporting staff. They'll understand root cause, give relevant theraphies and my pain has reduced by 70%. And, the food here requires special appreciation.

After the consultation with Farida ma'm,took treatment in breaking sessions for neuro rehab.
I started feeling more confident and relaxed after the treatment.I was gaining my balance and my speech improved.
All the doctors and therapist were very good.
Due to personal reason I have to move from Bengaluru but I can assure that this hospital has 80% contribution of my current improved situation.
