These people don't actually treat patients here; they just run a business. They run up bills amounting to lakhs, but when they realize they won't be able to cure a patient, they send them home without providing proper care. Dr. Divya is entirely responsible for my father's death.

My father was suffering from cancer. When he was admitted under her care, she stated that he would need to stay for a month. However, after just 10–12 days, realizing she couldn't cure him, she generated a bill running into lakhs, saddled us with medicines costing thousands, and sent him home; subsequently, my father passed away. I hold Dr. Divya responsible for this. These people are incapable of treating diseases like cancer. I would advise everyone not to waste their money on these Ayurvedic hospitals; they mislead people. Dr. Divya, who had initially admitted my father, refused to even come down to see him when we returned for a follow-up consultation after his discharge. These people can only provide medicines for minor ailments like a cough or cold. They might suggest a diet plan for you—but nothing more than that. Wasting money here is foolish because they are of no real use.

The DIP diet is not only incredibly healthy but also surprisingly delicious. Every meal was thoughtfully prepared, full of flavor, and truly enjoyable. The chef did an amazing job, and the presentation reflected great care and dedication. What made the experience even more special was the humble service, kindness, and consistently positive attitude of the entire team. Our journey began at Panchkula initially where my mother recieved the initial treatment where we saw the lipomas around her body starting to soften and the small lipomas begun to disappear under Dr. J Batra and later we shifted to Kurukshetra where Dr. Jay Narayan Ji, an exceptional Nadi specialist, made all the difference to the Magic that had already commenced. His deep insight, calm reassurance, and guidance brought immense comfort to my mother who was suffering from a pituitary macroadenoma (brain tumor) along with multiple lipomas. His diagnosis and counselling truly set the foundation for the healing journey that followed. He even mentioned things through Nadi examination that we hadn't mentioned about as our focus was the tumor.

Throughout the treatment, every step was handled with care, patience, and responsibility. Medications and therapies were administered thoughtfully, and the staff ensured that the patient always felt supported and safe.

What stood out most was the spirit of the people. The nursing and assisting staff treat every patient like family and are constantly praying for their recovery. From Ms. Priya Ji at the reception to Ms. Nancy Ji, the PRO at Panchkula, and the General Manager Mr Satish the level of support and compassion we received was remarkable.

At Kurukshetra, the dietician Ms. Kavita Ji left no stone unturned in guiding my mother toward a healthier lifestyle. Her dedication and commitment to the patient’s well-being truly reflected the ethos of the institution.

I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to Acharya Manish Ji, whose vision has made it possible for people from around the world to seek healing through alternative medicine. Because of this noble mission, countless families like mine have been given hope and a second chance.

I am sharing this review as a son who trusted this wellness center with his father’s life and paid a devastating price. My father was admitted here on **15th September** for Ayurvedic treatment related to **lymphoma cancer**. He passed away on **25th September**. The way this institute handled his care, especially during the emergency, showed a serious lack of preparedness and compassion.

Throughout his stay, my father’s health steadily declined. Each time we raised concerns, we were reassured that the weakness was a normal effect of the treatment being given. We relied on their words and continued the therapy in good faith.

On **24th September**, when his condition became critical, the situation was handled in an extremely irresponsible manner:

* There was **no ambulance readily available** when immediate medical transfer was required.
* The urgency of the situation was not matched by the staff—**basic care like administering glucose was delayed**, while staff members were engaged in personal activities.
* We were told to move him towards the ambulance, only to discover **there was no ambulance present**, forcing us to bring him back upstairs in a fragile state.
* After around **30 minutes of confusion and delay**, an ambulance finally arrived.
* Despite acknowledging that they could no longer manage his condition, **no doctor accompanied him during the transfer**.

What deeply disturbed me was that **my mother, sister, and aunt were left alone to handle everything** in that critical moment. No senior staff member stepped in, no guidance was offered, and no responsibility was taken. Our family had to urgently arrange help on our own.

After my father’s passing, the institute offered **no explanation, no remorse, and no sense of accountability**.

Based on what my family experienced, this center is **not suitable for patients with serious or life-threatening illnesses**. They appear willing to take patients in, but **withdraw all responsibility when the situation becomes difficult**.

I hope this review helps other families make an informed decision and prevents them from experiencing the same pain we did.
