I had an amazing experience at Gaurav Ayurveda Centre. Dr. Gaurav, a great doctor is good at assisting the patients, explaining the underlying issues and selecting right treatment plan. I have been a regular visitor for Abhyanga, a full body massage. This time I opted for virechana(detoxifying regime) and udwarthana treatments. It was truly detoxifying and special appreciation to the healers, Ms. Latha and Ms. Yamuna for their constant dedication and encouragement. The experience is truly amazing as you would be listening to Bhajans constantly. The infrastructure is great and so is the receptionist Ms. Usha who with her ever smiling face greets and makes one at home. I would recommend to visit this place if you are looking for a great Ayurvedic experience in Bengaluru.

Quiet and peaceful ambience with divine background music (low sound). Staff very co-operative and informative. Doctor is very very co-operative and informative. Excellent treatment. Excellent massage and natural treatment. We had a great time.

Very professional and clean place. Right from giving appointment to availing service, it was smooth experience. And a great job was done by the therapist, Charan, who helped me relieve my pain, through his expertise massage. He communicated regularly to check if the pressure was comfortable.

Dr gaurav is a great doctor! He’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues! Staffs are very kind and helpful. The medicines they give are very good quality .. they have well trained professional therapist ..results are amazing I highly recommend to anyone looking for a specialist in ayurveda.
